Job Purpose/Summary:
As Marketing coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of multichannel marketing campaigns across several industries throughout the year to fulfil our growth strategy.

To coordinate and develop Analox’s marketing communications functions that support the key strategic and tactical Sales & Marketing initiatives

Main Responsibilities/Key Tasks:
Support Strategy
- Interface and align with cross functional teams to understand the business priorities
- Support Marketing Subject Matter Experts in the continued development of segment strategies and go-to-market campaigns.
- Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Help optimise digital channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media.

Support event and campaign planning:

- Support offline Marketing Manager to efficiently organise various events locally and globally such as conferences, exhibitions, networking events, ensuring maximum publicity is achieved to generate refined leads and deliver increasing ROI
- Generate ideas for impactful events to promote brand awareness and maximise engagement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams for seamless event execution.
- Promote the brand and networking at exhibitions, trade shows and customer meetings and identifying events for future core and potential core markets inline with the product market strategy

Support Design & Content Generation:

- Work with Graphic Designer to create engaging and visually appealing designs for digital and print marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics and more.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail and design consistency.
- Maintain identity brand guidelines through all design aspects of graphic design of event artwork
- Creation and editing of Marketing communications content, ensuring all designed company marketing materials are effective
- Oversee, contribute to and ensure timely creation of all types of marketing materials, from blogs to data sheets, press releases and presentations.
- Engage all staff members in content generation, work with Subject Matter experts and support the creation of compelling and insightful content.

Marketing Analytics
- Support Sales & Marketing Teams with lead generation capture and tracking in Salesforce
- Monitoring of KPIs such as lead generation, digital engagement and opportunity generation.
- Helping to develop and maintain a database of marketing performance metrics to track and analyse campaign performance
- Collecting and analysing marketing ROI and UX data from various sources such as
- Website analytics
- Google Analytics
- Microsoft Clarity
- Social Media Platforms i.e. Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram and youtube
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and statutory requirements such as copyright and GDPR legislation.

Business degree, marketing degree, other relevant higher education qualifications

Skills and Knowledge

Experience

Portfolio of work/Demonstrable competence of Marketing content creation

Minimum of 2 years experience within a similar role

Effective and engaging communicator

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Has an interest in marketing and content creation.

Ability to work under pressure, organise and priorities responsibilities
