We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Labman Automation. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing a growing calendar of external and internal events worldwide.
Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute events, including logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
- Network with external partners, sponsors, and stakeholders to enhance event quality and outcomes.
- Ensure successful coordination, promotion, and positive attendee experiences.
- Evaluate key metrics from exhibitions to measure success.
- Manage event budgets and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop event strategies.
- Coordinate the work of the business support team for shipping, carnets, packaging, and more.
- Assist business development teams with their event presence and ambitions.
- Liaise with customers to arrange meetings at events and post-events.
- Two or more years' experience working in an events coordination role or similar administrative position.
- Proven experience in event planning and execution.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn quickly, with the capacity for independent initiative.
- Creative thinker with a flair for keeping Labman ahead of the curve.
- Great team player and positive thinker.
- Strong communication skills.
- Willingness to take on challenges.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate in Labman's wider areas.
- Good copywriting skills with a flair for customer-focused, creative copy.
- Experience arranging events in other countries, with knowledge of shipping procedures and carnets.
