We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Administrator to join our Memory Assessment Service team. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our clinicians and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our service.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to our clinicians and staff, including managing referrals, booking appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and professionals, providing excellent customer service and resolving queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage and maintain administrative systems, including filing, scanning, and photocopying documents, and ensuring that all records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with the coordination of the lone worker response and provide feedback to the team manager as required.
- Work flexibly to cover administrative roles in the absence of colleagues and where requested to do so by a senior manager.
- GCSE in English and Mathematics or equivalent.
- Evidence of recent further development/training to NVQ3 level.
- Significant administrative experience in a similar environment.
- Ability to use a range of IT programmes, including Microsoft Office.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
