Social Worker

We are seeking a qualified social worker to join our Assessment and Intervention Team in Oldham. As a social worker, you will work with vulnerable individuals and families to assess and address their needs, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop care plans to address the needs of service users
- Work with service users, families, and other professionals to provide support and guidance
- Collaborate with other agencies and services to ensure comprehensive support
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed
Requirements:
- Qualified social worker with a degree in social work or a related field
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, including children and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
