Role Overview

The Accounts Payable Assistant, stationed within our finance team, will engage in a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities associated with the accounts payable process. Key tasks include receiving, processing, and validating invoices, monitoring and documenting purchase orders, and handling proposed payment requests.

Candidate Profile


• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a comparable position, with a solid understanding of accounts payable practices.

• Proactive and capable of working autonomously.

• A collaborative team member with strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Exchequer) is a plus.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
