Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Finance Manager to join our team at Pratap Partnership Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare and review monthly management accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee bank reconciliations, purchase ledger reconciliations, and payment runs, ensuring seamless financial transactions.
  • Payroll Management: Review and manage payroll, including processing payroll payments and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide weekly KPIs on revenue and payroll costs, enabling informed business decisions.
  • Commercial Decision-Making: Collaborate with home managers and administrators to drive commercial decisions, ensuring profitability and growth.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Participate in ad hoc projects, providing financial expertise and support as needed.
  • External Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external third-party providers, ensuring smooth financial transactions.
  • Financial Planning: Assist in the preparation of budgets and cash flow projections, ensuring accurate financial forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Attention to Detail: Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and transactions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize workload and meet deadlines, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance.
  • Technical Skills: Possess working knowledge of Excel and other financial software, ensuring efficient financial operations.
