About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to join our client's growing Accounts team in the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial support to ensure strategic business development, gross sales, rebates, and cost of materials.
  • Offer proactive insight and advice to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and informative financial reporting, forecasting, and modelling, including cash flow and balance sheet.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders as a trusted advisor and drive improvement.
  • Communicate complex financial information in a clear and understandable narrative.
  • Develop realistic, robust, and agile forecasts and budgets, clearly outlining risks and opportunities.
Requirements
  • A qualified Accountant with at least 2 years' experience producing end-to-end management accounts in a busy finance function.
  • Experience in the manufacturing sector.
  • Ability to handle high volumes of financial data and coding.
  • Strong IT skills and advanced Excel skills.
