Accounting Operations Assistant

This is a temporary role for up to three months, focused on various financial responsibilities, including the analysis of sales data, weekly sales calculations, and managing invoicing processes. The position also involves reconciling disputed and incomplete data to ensure optimal revenue generation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Weekly processing of sales figures
- Development of sales data sheets and identification of missing information
- Collaboration with the operations team to rectify sales data gaps
- Communication with key clients to address data-related inquiries
- Invoicing for primary customers
- Reconciliation of sales data against invoiced amounts
- Management of disputed sales data and resolution of related queries
- Provision of sales data to subcontractors
- Conducting financial analysis as needed
- Supporting the monthly closing process
- Assisting in various finance roles as necessary, including holiday cover
- Performing additional tasks as required

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience in a finance administration role
- Proficient in Excel
- AAT Qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Advanced Excel capabilities are essential
- Comfortable navigating various systems and databases
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
- Valid UK Driving License

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS:
