Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Community Nurse to join our team at NHS Professionals Limited. As a Community Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in a community setting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and monitor patient conditions, arranging diagnostic tests as necessary.
  • Recognize and respond to deterioration in patient physical or mental condition, taking appropriate action and escalating concerns when necessary.
  • Manage emergency situations effectively, displaying excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making skills.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams, promoting a culture of compassion and respect.
  • Stay up-to-date with current nursing practices, adhering to NMC Professional Registration and contributing to the development of the nursing team.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months paid experience in a community environment within the last 2 years.
  • Compliance with NMC Professional Registration and adherence to current nursing practices.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a car.
