We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Bolton NHS Foundation Trust. As a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, providing every child with a schedule of health and development reviews, health promotion, screening, and support for parents, carers, children, and young people tailored to their needs.
- Work as an autonomous practitioner in Bolton and as part of the integrated 0-19/25 neighbourhood teams, leading on the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
- Manage a universal plus and partnership plus caseload, working collaboratively with other agencies to ensure protection and the best health outcomes for children and families in Bolton.
- Provide excellent communication skills and a broad knowledge of working in the community with children and their wider family.
- Essential:
- Qualified Health Visitor

- 12 months post-experience
