As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for delivering the Healthy Child Programme, providing health promotion, screening, and support to parents, carers, children, and young people. You will work closely with other agencies to ensure the best health outcomes for children and families in Bolton.
Person Specification
We are looking for a qualified Health Visitor with a strong background in community public health nursing. You will have excellent communication skills and a broad knowledge of working in the community with children and their wider family.
