Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Interiors Engineer to join our Research and Development Team for a major automotive manufacturer.

As an Automotive Interiors Development Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of automotive interiors, preparation of detailed reports, leading concern investigations, managing suppliers, and communicating with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Development of automotive interiors
  • Preparation of detailed reports
  • Lead concern investigations
  • Manage suppliers
  • Communicate cross-functionally with key stakeholders
  • Lifecycle cost management
  • Competitor and internal benchmarking

Requirements:

  • Degree educated in a relevant design or engineering qualification
  • Previous automotive interiors development experience
  • Knowledge of interior cabin parts and modules
  • Cost breakdown analysis skills
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes
  • Good communication and reporting skills
  • Competent in CAD interrogation
  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills

You will hold a valid driving license and have the capability to travel globally.
