About the Role

We're seeking Care Assistants who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents, and will work closely with our care teams to provide personalized care and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to residents, in line with their individual care plans
  • Work collaboratively with care teams to ensure the well-being and dignity of residents
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Participate in leisure and social activities to enhance the quality of life for residents
