About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Home Manager at Mull Hall Care Home. As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals and ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day running of Mull Hall Care Home
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Form strong relationships with staff, residents, and their families
  • Ensure the home is run in line with Sanctuary Care's values and policies

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a residential care setting
  • Strong operational management experience
  • A current driving licence and access to your own vehicle
