We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Enablement Specialist to join our team in East Ross. As an Enablement Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing assistance and support to individuals in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their own homes, ensuring their health and social care needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans, ensuring they are tailored to individual needs and preferences.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- SVQ2 or willingness to work towards it.
- Current driver's license and use of own vehicle.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work a 4-day on, 4-day off rota.
