**Location**: Invergordon Distillery

**Contract**: Full Time / Permanent - Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) Working a weekly rotating shift pattern as follows:
Shift 1

6am - 2pm Monday
- Thursday

6am to 12pm on Friday’s

Shift 2

11am - 7pm Monday
- Thursday

11am-5pm on Friday’s

**What the opportunity looks like**:
This role is responsible for coordinating the intake of cereal grains into the Invergordon Distillery site and the upkeep of the cereal and wet grain handling areas. This role supports the production department with sampling of fermentation and effluent for transport to the laboratories alongside other production samples.

Requirement to provide cover for the Process Technician role, as and when requested in line with business requirements
- Sample and analyse incoming cereal against specification. Report any deviations.
- Accurately record weights and load details of cereal deliveries.
- Operate the range of processes required during production periods in accordance with the SOPs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, FEMAS, Legionella, HMRC and other standards.
- Maintain plant hygiene, cleanliness and site security along with CCTV monitoring.

**Skills and experience that will help you be a success**:
For this role we're looking for:

- IOSH Working safety is essential.
- HACCP awareness is preferable.
- HP jetting certified is preferable.
- Experience operator of high-pressure jetting equipment is preferred.
