About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Sanctuary Care. As a Care Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of care for our residents, while also supporting the development of our Care Assistants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Care Assistants to deliver exceptional care to our residents, in line with their individual care plans.
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the unique needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and resident satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and support to Care Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork and resident well-being.
Requirements
  • Experience in care, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
