Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Compensation Specialist to join our UK Reward team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for collaborating with our People Strategy teams and European counterparts to drive system development and process improvement across reward processes and practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update the Compensation and Variable Pay (CVP) module in Success Factors, ensuring system data integrity and creating associated documentation.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on system and processes, identifying areas of improvement and ensuring continuous evaluation and evolution of CVP.
  • Be a continuous improvement champion of the Compensation and Variable Pay module, implementing lessons-learned and process improvement activity.
  • Manage the integrity of the CVP system in collaboration with the UK and European system teams, ensuring dependent modules are not impacted.
  • Produce regular reporting and extraction of data from CVP, reviewing and providing insight on internal and external compensation data.
Requirements
  • Experience working in a HR systems or HR reward role as a subject matter expert within a centre of excellence HR model.
  • Very strong analytical and numerical skills, with advanced user experience of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Ability to manage and interpret large sets of data, with a demonstrable understanding of Power BI.
  • Previous experience using SAP Success Factors (specifically CVP) with a strong understanding of the system and process improvements.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence or other HRIS ticketing systems.
  • Detailed approach to managing data, with the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Able to provide a positive partnering approach with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work within a virtual team with colleagues and stakeholders spread across multiple locations.
  • Strong delivery and customer focus, with a proactive and self-reliant approach.
  • Demonstrates sound judgment in knowing when to escalate issues or seek support from colleagues.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively across all levels of management.
  • Strong knowledge of the financial services regulatory environment.
  • Delivery-focused approach on delivering the best possible results, with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
  • Demonstrates a high level of personal organisation, able to manage multiple tasks effectively at any one time.
