About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and administratively experienced individual to join our team at Gem Appointments Limited as an Estate Agent Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our busy independent estate agency, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the estate agency team, including managing office duties and tasks.
  • Develop and maintain effective organizational systems to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Assist with various office-based roles, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
Requirements
  • Administrative experience in a similar role, preferably in an estate agency or related industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
