About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Property Estates Graduate to join our dynamic property team on a national portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the Senior Asset & Development Manager in implementing a new property information system, providing operational support, and working closely with the Asset Management team to maximize potential from each property and minimize occupational costs.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation of a new property information system to support UK and European geographies
- Point of contact for operational teams to problem solve property estate matters
- Support the business in meeting its sustainability objectives, including benchmarking the estate
- Work closely with the Asset Management team to maximize potential from each property and minimize occupational costs
- Support management of tenancy income and influence strategy for tenant portfolio
- Valuation work will include supporting analysis of formal asset valuation
Requirements
- Applicants ideally hold a property accredited degree
- The applicant should be willing to obtain Chartered Surveyor status (we will support)
- Relevant work experience
- Ability to understand the business and balance commercial needs with assessed risks
- Ability to fully engage with all levels of employees and stakeholders
