TwentyFour Recruitment Group is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Property Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, while ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide excellent customer service to landlords and tenants, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
* Manage routine maintenance issues, troubleshoot basic problems, and liaise with contractors and utility companies as needed.
* Process invoices, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives and provide administrative support as required.
**Requirements**
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
