Capio Recruitment Legal is seeking a skilled Residential Property Conveyancer to join a dynamic team at a reputable law firm based in Borehamwood. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced conveyancer looking to work on high-quality, low-volume cases, with opportunities for professional growth and development.

Position Overview:

  • Role: Residential Property Conveyancer
  • Salary: £48,000 per annum
  • Office Size: 10 - 12 people
  • Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday (flexible working within these hours, but all office-based)
  • Holiday: 25 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle a low-volume caseload of high-value residential property transactions (often worth millions)
  • Provide expert advice and deliver exceptional client service

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner
  • Proven experience in residential property law, particularly with high-value transactions
