Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development, ensuring that all aspects of the property are maintained to a high standard.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate the maintenance of the property, including repairs, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the overall quality of life for our residents, including organizing activities and events.
- Work closely with our residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met and that the property is run efficiently.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retirement living or social housing sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures and protocols, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- A competitive salary of £17,500 per annum, plus a rent-free 2-bedroom apartment on-site.
