Lettings Administrator Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lettings Administrator to join our successful team at Magnus James, a specialist recruiter for the property industry.

Responsibilities:

* Draft and send tenancy agreements to clients
* Organize pre and post tenancy paperwork
* Update window cards and property details
* File safety certificates and ensure they are up to date
* Perform general day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a Lettings Administrator is advantageous
* Strong administration background, preferably in the lettings or estate agency sector
