Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join our team at Cloud Decisions. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and resolving complex cloud and infrastructure issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and expertise in Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environments.
  • Resolve escalated issues for offshore financial service organizations and global enterprises, ensuring all solutions are aligned with best practices.
  • Work closely with Technical Architects and Project Engineers to understand solution designs and provide input on best practices.
  • Manage and troubleshoot complex cloud and infrastructure issues, including Azure Networking, Azure Policy, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, Microsoft 365, and Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of cloud and infrastructure technologies, including Windows Server and Linux environments, server clustering, and high availability solutions.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role, working with enterprise organizations.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments, server clustering, and high availability solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, AVD), Server Infrastructure, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
