Role Summary:

As a Senior Software & Controls Engineer, you will play a pivotal role within a team dedicated to the design, development, and validation of software for power conversion systems. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage with the core of our electrified vehicle technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement software and control algorithms tailored for power electronic converters in automotive applications.
  • Lead software design initiatives for vehicle propulsion and charging systems.
  • Ensure the delivery of verified and validated software in alignment with project timelines and requirements.
  • Mentor and support team members in delivering high-quality software solutions efficiently.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in control system design and embedded software development specific to power electronic converters.
  • Expertise in creating control software for motor management or charging systems utilizing microcontrollers or FPGAs.
  • Familiarity with AUTOSAR software development through model-based design methodologies.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in testing power converters for traction or charging applications.
  • Proficient in validating control software using software validation tools in Model-in-the-Loop (MIL), Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) testing environments.
