Premier Recruitment Group Limited is honored to partner with a distinguished client in the recruitment of a skilled Resourcing Coordinator. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity within a well-respected care organization, offering a dynamic and diverse role with potential for career advancement.

Salary: £24,674 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage communication regarding application forms and job vacancies across the region.
  • Post all job openings on both internal and external platforms, ensuring regular updates through our ATS System.
  • Respond promptly to new applications submitted via our ATS System.
  • Screen and forward CVs to Hiring Managers based on the specific requirements of each role.
  • Coordinate and dispatch interview invitations to candidates.
  • Collaborate with Service Managers and staff to ensure timely receipt of necessary Right to Work and DBS documentation.
  • Request and follow up on references both verbally and through the ATS System.
  • Ensure complete compliance of files for new hires before confirming start dates.
  • Document and file DBS results swiftly, adhering to Data Protection regulations.
  • Maintain and update a Resourcing tracker, reviewing it daily.
  • Keep Hiring Managers informed about the status of candidates throughout the onboarding process.
  • Ensure all services receive accurate and compliant pro-formas.
  • Address any Resourcing issues with managers and staff in a timely manner.
  • Communicate and escalate any issues or changes as necessary.
  • Participate in team meetings and engage in training as required.
  • Perform any additional administrative tasks relevant to the position.
  • Take responsibility for personal Health & Safety and promote a safe working environment for colleagues.
  • Attend supervision meetings with your manager and engage in the organization's staff appraisal system.
  • Participate in Service Visits as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive approach to phone interactions, and a solid understanding of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality are essential.
