Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a Financial Accountant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate accounting for inter-company activity, including preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining compliance with our Transfer Pricing Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reconcile inter-company accounts, including preparing invoices and reconciling associated accounts, to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Maintain general ledger accounts, including recording necessary journals and preparing account reconciliations, to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Support the preparation of statutory accounting reports for associated countries, including support for any associated audits.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a Big Four audit environment.
- Proficient in Excel and other financial software applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
