Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide critical support in ensuring legal and regulatory obligations are met, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
  • Coordinate annual audit activities, ensuring seamless interactions between auditors and control owners, and facilitating a smooth audit process.
  • Analyse incident and breach forms, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and maintaining a robust incident management system.
  • Develop and maintain business policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date, compliant, and effective.
  • Create and distribute internal reports, including management information and regulatory updates, to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Track and maintain various logs and calendars to ensure compliance and timely submission of reports, maintaining a high level of organizational efficiency.
  • Conduct monitoring of key operational areas, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a regulated industry, particularly financial services, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail, to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Effective communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels, from senior management to team members.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of IT environments, with the ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Desirable: Knowledge of current regulatory trends and requirements, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changing regulations.

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working arrangement, with three days in the office and two days working from home, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Salary:

£350 per day, for a three-month contract, providing a competitive daily rate.
