We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Specialist to join our team at Clayton Davies. As a key member of our Compliance function, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Regulatory Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive Compliance Support Services to our clients, ensuring they meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of compliance.
  • Preparing and delivering reports and action plans, including practical solutions to specific business needs, to enable our clients to develop, monitor, and maintain compliance standards.
  • Developing and maintaining effective and proactive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintaining and developing your own technical and regulatory knowledge, staying up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry developments.
  • Supporting the negotiation of Contract Renewals and management of retention risk with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively engaging with business projects as required by the Regulatory Manager to meet client needs and business objectives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent qualification.
  • J07 or equivalent qualification would be beneficial.
  • Previous compliance experience in the Wealth Management space.
