The Role: Night Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker. You will be providing overnight support to an 18-year-old client with autism and a tracheostomy in Southampton.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and assistance throughout the night, ensuring the client's safety and well-being.
  • Assist with clinical equipment related to the client's tracheostomy, following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Engage in meaningful interactions and activities to promote the client's social and emotional development.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and any observations made.
