Freejam Games Seeks a Talented Technical Designer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Technical Designer to join our team working on Robocraft 2. The ideal candidate will have experience in Unity and be able to rapidly design, prototype, and implement mechanics and concepts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clearly articulate prototypes, design decisions, and concepts to internal stakeholders.
  • Contribute to strategic decisions, working with the design and product teams.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 commercially shipped games from concept to release.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team on the ideation, prototyping, and polish of PVE experiences.
  • Knowledge of a wide variety of online PVE games and systems and how and why they work.
  • Experience with enemy design and behavior trees.
  • Experience with coding in Unity and C#.
  • Experience utilising research and data to drive strategy and decision making.
