Accounts Receivable Specialist

Location: Crewe

Salary: £26,000

Employment Type: Permanent

Are you a skilled accounts receivable professional seeking your next opportunity? KPI Recruiting Ltd is collaborating with a well-established organization in Crewe to find an accounts receivable specialist. You will be part of a welcoming finance team with many long-serving employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on overdue payments through phone and email communication
  • Examine and resolve inquiries related to customer accounts
  • Generate customer statements and duplicate invoices
  • Provide monthly reports on debtor accounts
  • Process sales invoices
  • Establish new customer accounts and conduct credit assessments
  • Prepare monthly recharge invoices and journals
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Manage inter-company reconciliations
  • Oversee the credit control inbox
  • Assist with various financial tasks

Required Skills:

  • Experience in finance or accounts receivable
  • Ability to perform under pressure
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Proficient in relevant software
  • Highly organized
  • Capable of meeting deadlines accurately and promptly
  • Effective time management skills
