About the Role

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst IV to join our client's EMEA Sales Strategic Planning & Operations team. As a Sales Operations Analyst IV, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through data-driven decision making and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising Revenue Analysis: Analyze advertising revenue performance and generate regular client, vertical, and country-level performance insights for senior leadership.
  • Operational Process Management: Drive operational processes, including annual and quarterly business planning, pipeline management, and resource management.
  • Ad Hoc Projects: Support ad hoc operational projects as required.
  • Regional Advertising Product Priorities: Support regional advertising product priorities with data analysis.
  • Market Leadership Communication: Communicate with market leadership on a regular basis, highlighting progress towards goals, key risks, and dependencies.
  • Go-to-Market Decisions: Drive go-to-market decisions in partnership with market leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of work experience in management strategy consulting at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy/Sales Planning & Operations team.
  • Commercial Acumen: Strong commercial/business acumen.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Distinctive problem-solving and analysis skills, ability to solve complex and diverse business problems (commercial, operational, organizational), experience explaining concepts to audiences.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Technical Skills: Superior Excel and PowerPoint skills and comfortable with managing large data sets. Working knowledge of SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA or Analytical Degree: MBA or a degree in an analytical field.
  • Tech Sector Experience: Experience in the tech sector or online advertising space.
  • Diverse Communities: Experience working with or in support of diverse communities.
  • Fluent French: Fluent knowledge of French preferred.
