Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with strong retail experience to join our team in either our Weymouth or London Support Office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business value by elaborating and refining business needs, identifying business processes, and supporting decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Needs Analysis: Elaborate and refine business needs, identify business processes, and support decision-making to drive desired business value.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with technical teams, data scientists, business stakeholders, sponsors, and leadership teams.
  • Change Management: Implement and support business through change management and new ways of working.
  • Documentation: Document requirements, user stories, and business processes in both waterfall and agile development methodologies.
