We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our initiatives.

This role is ideal for an experienced Business Analyst focused on driving a comprehensive transformation program aimed at enhancing and innovating the operational processes, organization, and systems related to international student pre-arrivals and admissions. The goal is to ensure Kaplan continues to deliver exceptional service to our Students, Agents, Sponsors, and Universities while also improving internal operational efficiencies for the future.

This presents a remarkable opportunity for a strategic Business Analyst looking to broaden their expertise and advance their career with a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, particularly in transformation or change management environments. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to identify key business needs and desired outcomes. Track record of delivering solutions for both internal teams and external clients, emphasizing ownership of projects from inception to completion. Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements concerning PII, with experience in projects centered around GDPR and privacy/security by design principles. Experience in supporting business teams and stakeholders through significant organizational changes and adapting business processes accordingly.
