We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to contribute to our initiatives.

This role is ideal for an accomplished Business Analyst focused on driving a comprehensive transformation program designed to enhance and innovate the international student pre-arrival and admissions operational workflows, organizational structure, and systems. This effort aims to ensure Kaplan continues to deliver outstanding service to our Students, Agents, Sponsors, and Universities while improving our internal operational efficiencies for the future.

This position presents an excellent opportunity for a strategic Business Analyst eager to develop their expertise and advance their career with a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within a transformation or change management framework. Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving proficiency. Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels to identify essential business needs and desired outcomes. History of delivering solutions for both internal teams and external clients, emphasizing ownership of issues from inception to completion. Comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements regarding Personally Identifiable Information (PII), with substantial experience in projects prioritizing GDPR and privacy/security by design. Experience in environments where business teams and stakeholders require support during significant changes and adaptations to business processes.
