About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's Supermarkets Ltd. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a medium to large in-store team, ensuring seamless operational management and excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to drive improved customer and retail outcomes in your area.
  • Work closely with other Customer Experience Managers to share best practices and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
