Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at ATG Tickets. As a key member of our Customer Experience Management department, you will be responsible for leading a strong Front of House operation and ensuring that a cost-effective and customer-focused range of services are consistently provided to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Customer Experience Management department in leading a strong Front of House operation
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and partners
