About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Sainsbury's. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service and retail outcomes
  • Work closely with the Lead Customer Experience Manager to drive business growth and improvement initiatives
  • Develop and implement effective operational plans to ensure seamless store operations
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and improve customer experience
  • Identify and address performance gaps, providing coaching and development opportunities to team members
