We are seeking a highly skilled Finance and Payroll Manager to join our team at VRP Solutions in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent position based onsite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the payroll department
  • Audit payroll and balance accounts
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations related to payroll and taxes
  • Perform company secretarial work

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing a highly effective payroll with managerial experience
  • Previous experience in the logistics industry
  • Confidence to work directly with partners at all levels, including CEOs and Directors
  • Good standard of education - GSCE/A Level
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adequate understanding of using new technology and digital data solutions
  • Driving License Essential
