About the Role

Spire Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global workforce and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Visualization and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain data dashboards to provide insights into our global workforce.
    • Analyze trends and patterns in our data to inform business decisions.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes.
    • Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the People team and other stakeholders.
  • Project and Program Management
    • Develop detailed project plans and manage timelines to achieve milestones across multiple projects.
    • Facilitate project update meetings and ensure all decisions and discussions are well-documented.
    • Oversee programs from origin to completion, collaborating with the People Team and/or business lines to define program requirements, reporting standards, and communication strategies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with People Partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • Experience with data visualization tools such as PowerBI.
    • Proficiency in writing SOPs.
    • Experience with ATS (Greenhouse), HRIS (BambooHR) or similar systems.
  • Business Acumen
    • Strong understanding of business operations and processes.
    • Ability to analyze complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
