About the Role

Spire Global, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Glasgow, Scotland. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our global workforce and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Visualization and Analysis
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
    • Analyze trends and patterns in data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate data collection and reporting processes.
    • Create and deliver ad-hoc reports and analysis as requested by the People team and other stakeholders.
  • Project and Program Management
    • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, and achieve milestones across multiple projects.
    • Facilitate project update meetings, ensuring all decisions and discussions are well-documented.
    • Oversee programs from origin to completion, collaborating with the People Team and/or business lines to define program requirements, reporting standards, and communication strategies.
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Work closely with People Partners and other stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to switch quickly between projects and tasks.
  • Proficiency in writing standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
