Job Summary:
Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business development strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their staffing needs are met and exceeded
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and other means
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of staffing solutions to clients
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success
Requirements:
- Proven track record of business development success in a recruitment or sales environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the recruitment industry and market trends
