Registered Manager

We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Brighton area.
This service provides care and support for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to empower service users to live independently.
The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of up to £45,000.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement person-centered care plans
- Manage staff performance and development
- Collaborate with external partners to achieve outstanding care
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with a strong background in Learning Disabilities care. If you have a QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification and experience in staff management, we encourage you to apply.
