We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager to lead our Residential Service in West Sussex.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of staff to provide high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and standards
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the service
- Build and maintain relationships with local authorities and other stakeholders
Requirements:
