Job Title: Registered Manager – Learning Disabilities
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Brighton area. This service provides care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to encourage service users to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality person-centered care
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve outstanding care and quality improvement
- Manage staff performance, development, and well-being
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health and social care legislation, and regulatory requirements
