We are seeking an experienced and quality-focused Registered Manager to lead our residential and supported living service in the Brighton area.
This service provides person-centred care for adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities, aiming to empower service users to live independently.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Develop and implement care plans that promote independence and well-being
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve outstanding care outcomes
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet the needs of the service
- Prior experience as Registered Manager (preferably in Learning Disabilities)
- QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (preferred)
- Strong leadership and staff management skills
- Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and health and social care legislation
- Passion for delivering high-quality person-centred care
