We are seeking an experienced Delivery Operations Manager to join our team at Grafton Group plc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading a small team of drivers and pickers, ensuring timely and safe delivery of building materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of drivers and pickers to achieve delivery targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective delivery routing and scheduling to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure all company vehicles comply with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Manage keyholding and duty management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Monitor and report on delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
