About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mergers and Acquisitions Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a key member of our corporate development team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and executing strategic acquisitions that drive growth and expansion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential M&A opportunities that align with our clients' strategic objectives.
  • Evaluate target companies' financial performance, market position, and strategic fit with our clients' goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential targets, diligence advisors, accountancy firms, investment banks, and corporate finance houses.
  • Manage the administration of M&A deals, including preparing presentations, organizing virtual data rooms, and coordinating projects.
  • Present complex financial information and deal structures in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at various levels.
Requirements
  • Accounting qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ACA)
  • Prior M&A experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to think innovatively and strategically
